Hi, I’m Kim. I’m a design leader with 13 years of experience in setting strategic vision for zero-to-one experiences.

My current role

I lead UX strategy at Amazon Multi-Channel Commerce & Fulfillment, expanding Amazon services (Prime, Fulfillment, Reviews) to more channels like direct-to-consumer websites and social. I help teams clear ambiguity, define new strategies & experiences, and lead CX vision. I create and launch solutions that address complex challenges cutting across multiple organizations, and deliver value to customers and the business both now and long-term.

    Establishing and leveraging foundational design frameworks

    I believe the fidelity of your artifact should match the fidelity of your ideas. I use a variety of UX artifacts and processes to establish foundation alignment. For example, Customer Experience Outcomes (CXOs), journey maps, archetypes, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, principles, and tenets.
