My current role
I lead UX strategy at Amazon Multi-Channel Commerce & Fulfillment, expanding Amazon services (Prime, Fulfillment, Reviews) to more channels like direct-to-consumer websites and social. I help teams clear ambiguity, define new strategies & experiences, and lead CX vision. I create and launch solutions that address complex challenges cutting across multiple organizations, and deliver value to customers and the business both now and long-term.
